As of now, we don't accept returns and we don't give refunds. If you don't get your item, or if the item is incorrect, or if it's damaged, feel free to contact us at padlishclean@gmail.com. We will contact the store to send you a new one.
If we run out of stock, we will give you a full refund to your credit card used to purchase the item.
THE REQUIRENENT OF THE ABOVE.
*if you don't get your item we only take responsibility if the carrier doesn't send a picture of the delivered item at your home. if the carrier send a picture of the delivery at your home and you don't find it you most contact the carrier directly.
* If your received item seems to be damaged, you must send a clear picture of the damaged item to padlishclean@gmail.com so we may send you a new one. Damaged is only considered when you are unable to use the item, not if the box is open or other side things that don't affect the use of the item.
*if your item is incorrect in order to get a new one first you must send back the item and then we will send you a new one.
* Time - How much time from purchase does a user have to request a new one ? For any issue for example: the items didn't arrive, or you have received an incorrect item or damaged - the Customer has up to two weeks of time of purchase to get back to us. If you are eligible for a refund (If we run out of stock of the item) , we will send you a refund within 7 business days after the purchase.
* Method of refund? - If you are eligible for a refund (If we run out of stock of the item) , the charge will be refunded to the credit card utilized to purchase the item.
* Charges, if any? - The user needs to pay return shipping only if the received item is incorrect , please contact us at padlishclean@gmail.com for the shipping address. We don't charge any other additional charges.
If received item seems to be damaged, there is no need to return item. We will proceed on sending a new one promptly.
